This company is AWFUL. I honestly have no idea how they’re Still in business and operating. My grandmother has ALWAYS had problems with this company to the extent of paying for her own cabs because they confirm a ride days in advance and the day of the appointment they don’t have transportation for her ready. Just last week she had an appointment and scheduled transportation for them to lie and claim they showed up and she never answered her phone. Verdaderamente esta compañía de transporte no sirve , acabo de llamar y son muy groseros , cuando llamas no te explican nada como funcionan ellos quieren que seas adivina , mi mamá tiene 71 años y jamás sale sola , le mandaron un uber a recogerla y la dejaron en la clínica a la buena de dios sin una explicación ni nada , ahora mi mamá está botada literalmente en la clínica por el mal trabajo de ellos , usen otra compañía de transporte no recomienda esta ni aunque fuera la última en la estado
They weren't very friendly and quite frankly rude. Then hung up on me. And all I didn't was ask if I could have an emergency rude to a last min appointment
When they don't pick me up, I have to wait more than 2 hours. I am semiplegic and I consider myself mistreated by you. It's a criminal deal
United Health Transportation and its other Face Y2GO, is the Worst Transportation Company that exists, lives by Lie making fun of Patients, lying about Arrival Times to those who need those Services that Medicaid pays well. I know they must earn money, it is a For-Profit Company. but neither should they ABUSE OLDER ADULTS. First that it took 7 minutes to 15 minutes that 45 minutes more and after another 57 minutes the driver calls to say 40 more minutes. This is Criminal.
