This company is not willing to help customers with anything. First they sent the wrong item to me and it was not the one I ordered. I returned the item and got the one I ordered. I finally got the one that I ordered and it was not what I wanted. So I asked to return and get full refund and they lied and said they cannot take back the item I ordered thru them. The customer service is not up to par and they are not a company that I would ever deal with again.
I purchased a Simmons upholstery zig zag blue recliner from purchasing power. This is the most uncomfortable recliner I ever owned. Not only is it uncomfortable but cheaply made too. There is no lower back support. When you recline the seating area separates from the back and leaves a giant space therefore there is nothing supporting your lower back.
