Where is zero stars? I was very disappointed with my experience with United Corporate Furnishings over the telephone. This business is listed as the only Steelcase furniture dealer in Sacramento. I was interested in their Gesture office chair and I called to confirm that their showroom was open to the public (i.e. individual consumers and not just corporate buyers). I was told I should call ahead to speak with a sales rep so they can arrange a demo for me. I called three times during my lunch break to make arrangements. Two ... read more
