Emma made the experience a lot more bearable. She's a true professional. The car was picked up and dropped off the next day. It even arrived two hours ahead of schedule. The driver Jimmy Paul was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. Only hiccup is they as well as almost all transport companies will quote you a low/cheap price and once they find a driver that price will double.If it's to good to be true,it probably is. Half upon this group after the original group that we contracted with, failed to find a driver to return our car from Florida. I got on the Phone it was greeted by Justin Davis. He was terrific at finding me a driver at a reasonable price within an hour! We set up where to meet and load the vehicle, the driver‘s name and number was provided. Unbelievable service!!!! From start to finish, I had the best experience!!!! Alex was a such a big help getting me a reservation last minute and finding a driver for me and was very responsive in communication!!!! And the driver, Andor, who came to get my car was super awesome!!!! He went above and beyond to come get my car and took such good care of the transport of it!!!! He even called me along the way to give me updates and was super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend using this company!!!!
Tony did an amazing job with communication and made sure I will not be falling doe bait and switch scams which is prone to happen with transport companies. Driver always communicated his eta and made all the necessary arrangements to be sure they met my requirements. Very competitive pricing as well. I would highly recommend United Freeway Transportation.
