Update as of 2/15- I agreed to pay for the extra 50lbs but because I already left a negative review, Ian cancelled my order even after requesting him to ship my car. As a courtesy I offered to take down the review if the process goes well but he said no matter what he won’t refund me. He has my deposit which he won’t refund and he also cancelled my shipment. I was working with Dennis who was very polite and taking care of my case until Ean took over. I had read a lot of negative reviews about Ian but went for it irrespective as I had good experience with Dennis. I had to change dates and Ian didn’t mention any issue until a day before the car shipping date. He imposed extra charge and has been very rude. Very poor service, they work without contract with customers, carriers just waste their time and fuel, do not recommend to work with them, be careful!!!!!
