Amy Wilcox makes this business have a bad name. We were just in the branch when a young lady was making a payment. This young lady was going through what seemed to be a DV type situation and divorce and the way Amy treated and spoke to her was unbelievably rude. She even rolled her eyes multiple times, and made a very disgusted sigh when the young woman requested a hand written receipt. This was all in front of other customers. I’m currently have a loan for a car with them and they are the worst especially the branch manager to the Kennewick office . They charged me and extra 116 dollars because they said no documentation of my insurance and I have insurance since 12/2017 all the way to 05/2018 ! There bullshit people and there service sucks

The location out of Longview is shady. Would never use them again. Paid a loan of $7k off in a year and a half went to get a new loan and they approved me until I got off work went to the car lot to sign papers and they retraces the new loan. With not explanation. I was never late on payments and a good customer but they threw that all away. Stay away from this finance company!

We got financed for a car in July. They agreed that our first payment would be due on August 29th and from the very beginning we told them that the first payment would be sent to them on September 1st. They do not have a feature to pay online and we were told that we had a 9-day grace period to get the payment in. They started calling and harassing us before the first payment was even due (as in prior to August 29th).
