The debit card was compromised the end of September. It is October 21 and I still cannot get any information from anyone the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any lending institution!!! All they will tell you is wait one will be mailed to you 7 to 10 days well it might be a month it might be two months they don't know and they will NOT help you to figure it out.
10 yrs ago I loved the staff of my Newburgh branch. They were amazing.
