I have online CD for 6 months and you get extremely poor customer service when you call 800 number and send email to contact me they lies they call me but I do not see any miss call .please do not put your money in this kind of bank where no customer service

I have been banking with United Fidelity Bank in Ft Walton Beach Florida for several years. The service I receive from Nic Evans and Ed Burns is absolutely amazing. When United Fidelity took over First City Bank I was very concerned but after taking to Nic Evans he convinced me to stay with United Fidelity and give them a chance, I'm glad I did.
