I've come here twice to try to open a simple checking account. But wasn't able to open one. Unhelpful staff and SLOW as can be on doing anything. Maybe this is a good bank but I'd avoid this branch

They are great to work with I’ve been banking there for years and they have great customer service, communication and are very professional. Janell, Sky and Maria are the best. Really appreciate them
If I could 0 stars I would. I took my Dad in to open an account and the manager Maria was very unprofessional. Her employees were standing around laughing and she was very disrespectful and rude to us. I overheard them speaking badly about a coworker. It seems like she lets them say and do whatever they want. I am an office manager and I would never treat anyone the way we were treated. Hopefully more people complain about her and they get someone to actually run that branch.
