I have been with United Federal Credit Union for many years. I cannot imagine going any place else! They have all served me well..I am so grateful for them..:)
(August 2026) I came to UFCU after attempting to use Mountain America for a car loan (where I have checking and savings accounts). I’d applied to both online and MACU never replied (still haven’t and it’s been a week). UFCU started the process online through email, and I was told I needed to setup a checking account for loan payments. Sure no problem. I always get pre approved before I make a purchase, which I did with UFCU. Very slow service no communication. Disappointed. Not sure I would use UFCU again.
The team at United was great. I decided to buy out my lease and they handled everything on the phone and online. Simple, easy and stress free should be their motto. Special shoutout to Jake and Ali for their excellent professional service 😊
