After a negative experience with one of the big banks alleging wire fraud, we had an urgency to start our new accounts since we recently moved. Raffy was professional, friendly and patient with us as he explained options and gathered our information. I was a banking manager for over 30 years, and he’s someone I would have wanted on my staff. In addition, the difference between a big bank and a Credit Union is night and day. What a refreshing experience!
