The staff at the Minden, NV branch was very helpful, and friendly. Judith was so polite and went above and beyond her usual duties. I really appreciate all her help. The entire staff welcomes you with a warm smile. I highly recommend this location and branch!
Victoria has been absolutely amazing everytime I go in she greets me with my name and a smile. Can't get better hometown service anywhere!
This credit union is much better than any bank I’ve used. They do a great job at making you feel like your part of the family rather than just another number. Victoria has been especially helpful as well as every other banker I’ve dealt with. I have a business and personal checking and savings.
I'm a bit of a detailed oriented person, so i see things. Not sure of the outcome of the situation, whether or not this other person that was being helped, got what she needed. I don't know the exact details, but it seemed like she was a few dollars short of being able to apply for a loan by herself (without a coborrower). It kinda seemed like the staff was trying to see if they could work something out with the customer, which prompted this review.
