Purchased a vehicle with them a few years ago now, I'm down to the last few payments and wanted to leave a review. I would not recommend UFCU as a lender. The app is decrepit and fairly useless past seeing your balance, imo. But more importantly, twice throughout the life of the loan the automatic payments they set up for my account somehow failed making me "late" and it did impact my credit score.

All of the Employees at the Jenny Lind Branch are so helpful. We have several loans there and all of our checking accounts. Megan,Yolanda, Stephanie, Amanda, Deanne, Kendra, Connor and Emma are the best. They are always helpful and easy to deal with when comes to getting loans or taking care of transactions. We would not go anywhere else with our banking business.
They are always friendly and willing to help. I have been a member here for over 20 years.
