Amanda was so easy to work with for my new truck loan. Went in and got preapproved and that only took like 10 mins. Then when I found the truck I wanted she had all the paperwork ready and all I had to do was email the buy order and it was done! Super easy and quick! She also made sure all my needs were taken care of with the gap insurance, which was literally half the price of what the dealership wanted, and extended warranty options which I opted out of. Purchased a vehicle with them a few years ago now, I'm down to the last few payments and wanted to leave a review. I would not recommend UFCU as a lender. The app is decrepit and fairly useless past seeing your balance, imo. But more importantly, twice throughout the life of the loan the automatic payments they set up for my account somehow failed making me "late" and it did impact my credit score.
