I worked with James Madison to secure a home mortgage and the experience was fantastic tip to tail. The support was personal and had the human touch which is rare in this day and age. Highly recommended if you want to bypass the Big banks.

Meredith was the bests. We had a quick closing of one house to buy another and she stayed in constant touch letting me know what needed to be done. Very professional and friendly. She really knows how to make a loyal customer.
Such a pain. Glitchy website, unreasonable fees, and I feel like I am constantly having to argue about incorrect fees going through my account. If we didn't have an outstanding property loan with them, I would have closed my accounts long ago.
