I'm very disappointed on the treat i got at mishawaka IN location, I had an appointment with a guy named Robby Dennis, i think he wasn't very professional, he greeted me said hello and introduced him self but before he even do anything else he asked me for my license right when I was in the waiting area the they have, he didn't take the the time to take me to his office before anything. When trying to resolve a fraud charge on my account in person. There isn’t anything nice I can say during the complete process. The bank teller handed me a piece of paper and told me to call this number and speak to a representative to handle the claim. She did cancelled my card and issued a new one. She didn’t help or offer any banking advise with my situation. Stood there dumb founded with a look of frustration and with an expression of its closing time leave !!!!
