When trying to resolve a fraud charge on my account in person. There isn’t anything nice I can say during the complete process. The bank teller handed me a piece of paper and told me to call this number and speak to a representative to handle the claim. She did cancelled my card and issued a new one. She didn’t help or offer any banking advise with my situation. Stood there dumb founded with a look of frustration and with an expression of its closing time leave !!!!
