Fast Pre-approval! Amanda was amazing at communication, highly professional and even overnighted the check to the dealership for us!
We were pre-approved for a home loan and received a pre-approval letter. We made an offer on a home, completed the appraisal, and were about to close. Just a couple of days before the closing date, the bank informed us that the loan could not be approved. The people running this company are deceptive and dishonest. Be warned—I hope no one else ever has to deal with them.
