They don't work with you, they put a repo up after 2 payments had been made, very poor customer service,, their repo people got caught trespassing on private property even though the vehicle wasn't
Do yourself a favor and stay away. Their website is down all of the time and their app is horrible. Also they don’t listen to their customers or really care about them. Complaints go nowhere and they closed the nearest branch near us with little notice and no explanation. The staff and even the managers like to lie as well, you’ll get nowhere with them if you have to escalate issues. They are unavailable past 9 pm central and 3pm on the weekends for chat or phone as well and there is no real way to get anything done late. In... read more
I had a outside loan being deposited into my account, they sent it back, because two of my account #s where switched, so now im playing phone tag and paying on a loan i dont have yet, thanks for nothing.
Worst customer service ever experienced in banking. My Account was compromised and branch manager authorized transaction out of my account without my permission or consent nor was I notified of banks action. When I contacted management no assurance was provided to me that my money was safe. In fact the manager told me that he had the discretion to withdraw funds from account without notifying me....no empathy no concern Or due diligence to protect members account....That IS SCARY... also the customer service line will not es... read more
