I have been a member of this Credit Union for a long time. Currently a member with my second car loan. I have always done my part on being a good customer during both of my loans. An employee made a request on my behalf for assistance on my loan related to medical reasons. The request was just denied. With no other assistance offered. I will not refer anyone else to this company. Customers should be valued, not just another number or dollar signs. Highly disappointed!

Holy smokes - I made a terrible mistake by not looking at the previous reviews of customer service before choosing to take out a loan with UFCU. There was a few communication mishaps between both parties, however, I asked to be contacted in multiple various ways other than SNAIL MAIL and each of the 5 different people I spoke with throughout this entire head ache for some reason refused to connect with me via other channels.
