I called the corporate customer service line because the local location wasn’t open yet this morning. The lady I spoke with was very kind and helpful:) I’ve never interacted with a credit union before and she patiently answered all of my questions.

Lorrie Brink deserves to be nominated as loan officer of the year if a category exists! I am a real estate broker in Wisconsin and had a home listed that a Michigan buyer received an accepted offer on. Another MI lender couldn't make the financing work and at the last minute, the buyer turned to Lorrie.
