I would like to say that both branches in Hendersonville either at 4 seasons or south location. You won’t find better customer service they truly are a local business that cares about it’s customers and they really go out of there way I highly recommend them for any business
Upon moving to the Asheville area 5 years ago I needed a construction loan for a property I had purchased. Not only did United help and provide with that but 5 years later when I needed a home equity loan for a major repair they provided that as well. I worked with Braeden O'Connell and he made it so easy to accomplish. This is a great credit union and I have yet to have a problem they couldn't resolve quickly.
I had an issue with my credit card payment being duplicated multiple times, I called the United Federal customer service line and they were unfortunately very unhelpful. Due to the lack of guidance and assistance from the call center I called the local Asheville branch and was connected with Charne. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to look into and resolve the duplication issue. She even called to follow up with me the day after to let me know a refund had been issued and it would process within 24-48 hours.... read more
