Paid my motorcycle loan off through them and told them my new address, went over it several times to make sure they had the address correct. I waited about a month and got another piece of mail from them saying “if this is the wrong address, let us know” they spelled the address wrong even though I went over it with the lady at the front desk several times. I then called to correct my address and they mailed my title to my old address and told me to apply for a lost title because they didn’t do their job.
