We’ve opened a mortgage with Janey before and had such a positive experience that we sought her out again. She is very responsive and easy to work with. We were able to lock an excellent interest rate and the entire closing process went smoothly without issue.

I would like to say that both branches in Hendersonville either at 4 seasons or south location. You won’t find better customer service they truly are a local business that cares about it’s customers and they really go out of there way I highly recommend them for any business
Upon moving to the Asheville area 5 years ago I needed a construction loan for a property I had purchased. Not only did United help and provide with that but 5 years later when I needed a home equity loan for a major repair they provided that as well. I worked with Braeden O'Connell and he made it so easy to accomplish. This is a great credit union and I have yet to have a problem they couldn't resolve quickly.
