I was with this credit union when it was United Employees Credit Union. They recently changed names to Duca. You are a human with them and not a number. You get professional personal service. They literally saved me from financial ruin. I was able to refinance my home and pay off all my debts. I thought that I was going to have to sell my home and start all over again. But they came to my rescue and saved me. They are a God send. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I have been a member of DUCA for several years. Since meeting Tashana Johnson a few years ago, I have had nothing but stellar service from her. Though I don’t see her, we speak on the phone, there is always a smile on her face. She always goes the extra mile to ensure that I receive the best rate possible for my accounts.
