UDF is always fire
VIRGINIA was very disrespectful to me during my stop. I prepaid on the wrong pump and did not realize, i then walked back into the store to let them know. She told me that I better get off my phone when i pump my gas, in an extremely rude tone. I then was walking back to my car, and she came on the pump speakers telling me I cant be on my phone while i pump my gas. Extremely unprofessional.
Ok after UDF responded to my review I gave them another shot Same lady short hair and glasses Same rude attitude…… We see this in retail management sometimes….. She thinks that she has worked there for so long and been doing this for so long that she can treat people that way. I’m gonna give this review. I want everybody reading it to know I have a background in convenience store retail management. I was a general manager for both BP and Speedway super America before they were bought out. I’m giving you my opinion of my service tonight based on my career in this field. The night shift is the worst I’ve seen in Dayton. Simply put they do not understand that you should put your customers first. The third time ive been to my local gas station for gas and drinks. If you go in the morning, you get to experience the burn out attitude from the red headed manager who's anything but welcoming and pleasant first thing in the morning. Their energy drink selection is constantly picked over and cant seem to get anything I want there. Then you go pump gas and the pump is either extremely slow, or it doesnt work properly.
