We have always gotten great service at the credit union, they have always bent over backward to help us. With the system down for upgrade, I was able to message them and get a balance within 15 minutes. We have had three of our kids open accounts there because of the great service we have gotten. Keep up the good work.
Love this credit union, their members, and staff. Their mission is evident in everything they do, which is refreshing!

I would steer clear of this bank I have had this bank for probably a good 10+ years and it keeps going downhill
Needs to be open on saturdays with customer service available

The branch in Mexico Mo. has been helpful as well as 1 time in Texas . But my home branch in Fulton Mo. with Greg and my United Credit Union Family are the best ! I tell everyone who will listen, also how a very Respected consumer resource the Consumer Report ranks United Credit Union high on their list . Super nice and helpful customer service. And they have the option of you contributing to a personal Christmas Savings Account. A lot of banks don't offer that anymore.
