First time there one Teller, branch mgr poor service given. Took me over 2 hours to deposit check.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with United Credit Union, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service provided. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism displayed by this institution is nothing short of abysmal. I have been looking into opening an account with a new credit union. I went into this location for information and to get change for a $20 bill. I walked in one teller was helping a customer who was a bit chatty, no worries. There was no one in the credit union except me and the customer being helped. There were three other tellers in a group chatting. Of course they could be training or helping each other. But the wait became very apparent. I am very disappointed with this credit union. I've been with United Credit Union since 1999. Since it's now Vicinity Credit Union, I've had nothing but problems!! For the past 6 months my money has been disappearing. Every month I have a negative balance! This month my balance is negative 475. Where's my money going????? By the time I get my retire check I won't have any money at all !!! I will be contacting the BBB, because something is definitely wrong!!!!
