This location and the one in Evergreen Park are the best two
Posting this review so other people don’t have the experience I had: if you use this credit union because it’s the only physical branch you can access for a shared credit union, then they actually close 30 min prior to the posted hours. Even if they’re still open and helping customers they cannot help you after 5pm, which they do not advertise.
I have been trying to call all 3 of their location in chicagoland area for the past couple hours and no response at all. Obviously the company employees need some serious training or simply new management maybe even a new CEO with customer friendly culture.
I've called 6 times today - no one answers. I've left 6 messages and no call back.
