Worst customer service ever. I wish google let me rate ZERO stars becuse they dont even deserve the one. Forgoten promises, unresponsive to emails, they simply suck in providing any service.
This airline needs to stop doing business. It’s the worse of the most worse airlines I’ve ever encountered. On Friday 8/25/23, my husband flew from Spokane to Denver is where his connected flight to OKC, UA from Spokane delayed an hour, when he got to Denver the OKC flight is backing out to departure.
