I have been using United Coop for many years and have always been happy with their service. Lately we had a new home built next to our old home. Previously Trent from United Coop came out to look and discuss our options regarding where we could put a tank at our new house and how we could get lp to both homes through the build last winter. My parents, various family members & neighbors, have always used United Co-Op Reedsburg. We switched to them a few years ago. Best service we've ever had. The whole staff & workers are great. Willing to help you out at the last minute, when you're really in a bind & your tank is low.
Scale in unless its a direct co-op to co-op load. Delivering fertilizer by hopper? You'll pull around the building to the west by going on the north side of it, and then onto the railroad tracks and unload over a pit.
My girlfriend and I set up a propane account and got our first fill with UC after we finally had enough of our last supplier. Nate, the delivery driver from UC, was so great to deal with. Very Professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about pricing, keep fill scheduling and our route delivery day. He even gave our dogs some treats! What an awesome dude.
A huge thank you to Skylar for saving me on one of the coldest nights in May (32 degrees) when I arrived at my campsite to find that Amerigas took my tanks 2 months before the scheduled date! Skylar came out at 9:00pm to help me get tanks hooked up so I would have heat for me and my 4 young children for the weekend. He certainly went above and beyond!
