Went in to pay off my car. I only had about $1,500 left on it. So I figured I could pay it off with my debit card. It got declined even though I had plenty in there. The lady I was dealing with told me that it is ran as credit so maybe thats why. I used a credit card to pay it off instead and then would simply use my checking account to pay off my credit card. Great people to work with.
Worst experience ever at a bank. The teller was rude and hateful. I tried cashing my check from work, and she blatantly refused and used derogatory demeanor toward me based on my religion. I will never be back. Tellers' name was Lani
