If we could give 0 Stars for this company, we would.Absolutely horrible customer service. From business to business, we should be able to communicate with each other and how to proceed on situations that arise. Instead, I have never once been returned a phone call, voicemails are left unread, and once you finally get to the department you need, they throw you to the side and have nothing but attitude towards you since they do not want anything to do with you. TAKE IT FORM A USED CAR DEALER THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH EVEN IF YOUR PAPER WORK IS SHOWING IN BLACK & WHITE YOU ARE NOT OWING NOTHING YOU STILL CAN'T GET YOUR ***** FOR YOUR VEHICLE WHEN YOU CALL YOU GET PASS AROUND & PEOPLE LAFTING AT YOU LIKE YOUR A KID NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM STAY AWAY A CUSTOMER DID A TRADE IN AT MY DEALER THERE WAS THE LEANHOLDER THE GOT PAID BUT WOULD NOT SEND THE ***** FOR THE VEHICLE THERE ****.

This is possibly the worst financial institution I've ever done business with. Anyone you speak to seems to get short and sometimes even hang up on you if it's not a supervisor. During the ********, when the ***** act was established, instead of being granted leniency due to closings and mass unemployment, customers of this specific institution were given the opposite. I have a credit history that I wanted to begin restoring after a very hard financial time in life. I received an auto loan from UCF and had been paying on time for over 3 years. Recently I had some financial changes to my situation and was late a payment and the other one was now due. I picked up the phone when called and was BERATED, BELITTLED and was told to "find any money I could even between the couch cushions" The customer service was so disappointing and when previously I called and asked for help such as a deferment ... read more

This company is the definition of fraud. They o lynjust made a way to pay online a few months ago. Will not take principle payments, they will flat out tell you you cannot pay towards your balance unless you pay it all at once. The only report to one credit report and only the negative - never that you paid on time! Run Ned my credit -went from a 720 to under 500 from this company alone!! Do not make the same expensive mistake I have made.

No Idea who this company is or why they are calling me ... they claim i was used for a reference ...how ever I have no Idea who they are Nor did i refer anyone had they done the process correct and actually checked with references I wouldn't be receiving these harassing calls... from this Poorly run unprofessional harassing company.
