I have had accounts here for many years because they bought out my previous institution. I was already out and just stopped by. I asked if they could change my last name due to marriage and provided both my old (maiden name) and new REAL ID(married name). They refused! Everyone knows that marriage records are public record but refused look it up. Also, a person has to submit all current/valid documents to the state to even obtain a REAL ID. I hate them the fees are outrageous and the staff don’t care at all. They are rude to you on the phone and they customer service sucks. They took so much money from me I’m so upset that I realize to late what was going on with my account and they closed it. Don’t do business with them
