⭐ 1/5 Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have been trying since May to do something that should be incredibly simple: Close my member account after moving out of state. I have made more phone calls than I can count. I have sent emails to the branch manager, the president of the credit union, and various other representatives. The response? NOTHING. They offer great customer service. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Have to pay $25 to open an account- and can't cash checks unless you're a customer- receptionists were decent
