⭐ 1/5 Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have been trying since May to do something that should be incredibly simple: Close my member account after moving out of state. I have made more phone calls than I can count. I have sent emails to the branch manager, the president of the credit union, and various other representatives. The response? Nothing. Employee are always so helpful and nice.
I have been a member of united community credit union for over 5 years now and have ALWAYS had such wonderful experiences with them! I started out with just a checking and savings account, but when it was time for me to buy a car ...they were there for me every step on the way! It was so easy and pain free to get an auto loan with them...I don't think I'd ever want to have my loans anywhere else!!!!
