It's an ok bank and the new location is quite nice but on the back end it's not great I have been a customer for several years and delt with incorrect transfers money taking weeks to come out of an account and getting flagged for small out of state purchases
1/5 Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have been trying since May to do something that should be incredibly simple: Close my member account after moving out of state. I have made more phone calls than I can count. I have sent emails to the branch manager, the president of the credit union, and various other representatives. The response? Nothing.
