Overall, the bank is really nice. But over the phone conversations are not genuine and it’s a rush to hurry up and get you off the phone… Or almost like I feel unheard and unseen.
The crosby branch is a joke!! Deer park area branch was great kind and helpful Summerwood branch is ok .. but avoid crosby at alll cost Pros: financing and fraud protection is very very good and hassle free. Brandon Connelly was easy and great to deal with but im not sure if he is still there and it shows Cons: Loan officers do not respond to emails or return calls they are freakin lazy! And do not care! Never answers there phone doesn’t care only when you show up to the branch office now everyone cares .
The women in this bank are rude abrasive and nosey. They are incompetent with their transactions,loose your money and make you feel less than them while they turn you away with no resolve to an issue.
