Great bank, friendly and helpful people
The one on old chatham road in springfeild illinois is especially amazing , the staff and bank prez are both awsome , helped me buy a house and went above and beyond to make sure that house wasnt a lemon. Thanks again!
Best Customer Service in Auburn! Seriously, I can't say enough good things about the UCB on Jefferson Road. The customer service is just plain awesome. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they're there to help. The store is always clean and professional, but it's the people that make it. They don't just do their job; they go way beyond to make sure I'm happy with everything before I leave. This is how banking should be. Five stars!
