UPDATE-Although she was not present during the situation,the branch manager called to apologize within an hour of us leaving so I'd say she handled the situation promptly. She asked that we forgive the bank and we were happy to do so since she apologized. Called this bank in the morning to find out what to do to payoff our mortgage. They said we could do it via the phone but this is a big milestone so we asked about in person. Was told to come in and anyone could take care of this.
