Overall UCB has a good reputation but I think the Pawnee branch has slipped through the cracks. In my experience the staff have been lukewarm at best. It just seems like they couldn't care less about customer service as long as it doesn't affect their check on Friday. I haven't been to the Chatham but I have heard that they are much better there.
