I have been treated with nothing but respect by this bank. Every time I’ve had a question, it was answered quixkly and thoroughly. The people at the East Hickman branch and the Centerville branch are all very professional. I would strongly suggest this bank to anyone.
The people that work there are very nice and respectful they have cashed check for me they didn't have to. They have hooked me up with$2 bills a few times. They are fast at cashing checks. I wish all banks were like that they don't charge me for cashing checks and usually the ATM doesn't charge me either.
I have banked with this bank for years. Absolutely loved it until recently when they changed over, strating charging for accounts and now you cant even call and speak to them directly. just an automotive service that puts you on hold and eventually just hangs up on you. Im really considering finding a new bank asap
