I thought doing mobile depositing was made for customers convenience, but it clearly isn't. Shouldn't take forever and a day to have access to MY money, and cont waiting on a person In the bank to take care of my mobile deposit. Won't be using this service anymore.
They do not notify you when fraudulent charges could be happening. Before I noticed my account slowly draining it was to late. They only go back 90 days for fraudulent charges
I recently worked with Ashley Renollet from the Frazee branch to get a mortgage and had an outstanding experience! It was a tricky situation and she had the knowledge and creative solutions to get us through every hurdle we faced!!
