The manager is the most unhelpful and cold hearted person I've ever met. She does not want to help at all. The bank and the manager do not care about protecting your account. I tried to report a stolen debit card and the manager refused to do anything. Can you say horrible customer service. I highly recommend staying away from this bank and especially this branch.
