I really wanted to be able to leave a wonderful review as the staff I did deal with were certainly nice enough however the experience of the process in attempting to get a new construction home loan was not good at all. Unfortunately, the communication was beyond poor, I felt as though whenever I would provide the requested loan documentation that it just fell in a black hole & was not moving through the process. The tellers, management, all of them very professional very polite people! They're the ONLY bank to set up a table for the Veterans....them and Bojangles! They have restrooms and a coinstar!!! THESE STAFF TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON!
