Wonderful staff.
The tellers, management, all of them very professional very polite people! They're the ONLY bank to set up a table for the Veterans....them and Bojangles! They have restrooms and a coinstar!!! THESE STAFF TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON! Did I mention that they do customer appreciation day pretty often (with WELCOMING SMILES) they had one about a week ago and they gave us hot dogs chips oatmeal cream pies register to win gifts and they had little bitty souvenirs and gifts with United community Bank wrote all over it! I really wanted to be able to leave a wonderful review as the staff I did deal with were certainly nice enough however the experience of the process in attempting to get a new construction home loan was not good at all. Unfortunately, the communication was beyond poor, I felt as though whenever I would provide the requested loan documentation that it just fell in a black hole & was not moving through the process.
