Unhelpful staff... I walked into the bank this past Saturday and talked to the only office banker working that day... there were no other customers in the bank... I asked if I could set up my bill pay with her and she refused to help me... her name is Adrian Williams... she told me that I had to do it myself and would not walk me through it even though she was sitting there and doing nothing... I asked a banking clerk the same question and she told me that she didn't know what to do... I find this unacceptable as this staff ... read more
