So this branch does not carry deposit slips or envelopes in the deposit box for the night drop. So what is people supposed to do if they don't have any slips or envelopes to put them in and can't get to the bank before they close on a weekend? This is very much very sad that people can't fill the deposit stuff up.
My family has banked with ucb for over 30 years. In the past year, the customer service has been not to be desired. Don't even get a hello at the drive up after sitting for ten minutes. The rules on my account seem to change person to person and the new app update is TERRIBLE!!! Ugh. Hate having to switch all my stuff but also tired of not feeling valued.
I wouldn't recommend I had a shady teller mess up my transaction to the point where I'm switching banks
