I had a wonderful experience with United Community Bank in Cumming. The managers are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I’m very grateful for all their help and for making the entire process so easy and pleasant. They took the time to assist me and made sure everything was handled at the highest level. Excellent customer service — highly recommended!
Was well taken care of
Absolutely the the worst bank in or around Forsyth county, georgia schedule maintenance on mobile banking on Sunday when they close Friday. There is no 24 hour call center. There's nothing you've lost contact with. Everyone until Monday morning and they do their maintenance over the weekend. So, you can't check on your account. That way, either go somewhere else. Take your money to kroger and hide it.Under the buggies this is not the bank for anyone that wants access to their money
Friendly, helpful staff. Quick service. Feels like the old community banks that I remember from my childhood.
