Excellent Service at the Green Hills Branch, in Nashville, TN
Complaint Summary I was treated with disrespect and racism at the 4106 Hillsboro pike. I was trying to cash my payroll check. The lady couldn't get an answer to verify I believe my payroll leaves at 4, with disrespect the other lady that came from the back came around and put her key in the door and said mamn were closing it was 4:29 | still need to be helped. my manager that I just had spoken to told me to have them call payroll again they declined. Really enjoyed working with Drew and the team. They made everything easy and got the job done. I really appreciated the personalized attention and effort.
I came here to use the ATM on a Saturday and it turns out this new location doesn’t have an ATM that is accessible outside of business hours. Very disappointing since the old location next door did. The remnants are still there. 02/12/24: I was called by the branch manager to inform me they will be getting an ATM that is accessible outside of business hours. The branch itself is great. But the bank will leave you extremely frustrated. My debit card never works. Sometimes I get a text message saying to approve my purchase and when I did, it caused to get double charged. Another time, the purchase did not get approved and I got no text message. I called and they said they blocked it to protect me. I tried to make another purchase and again, it got denied. When I called of course it was after hours.
