This is the most ridiculous Bank that I have ever worked with. The only reason this bank exist is because its customers do not know how badly there being treated by this bank. Trying to work with the bank for one of its senior citizen customers was just about impossible. We have tried for three days to get this setup and still another trip to the bank is required to complete this process. An incredible bank, staff, and the Hayesville branch is efficient, quick, and calmly processes any transactions or issues I may encounter personally or business-wise. It was my top ten business decision to move over to UCBI…from loan processing to community involvement. Thank you to Brianna Curtis and Chris Owen for taking such good care of us!!
