Opened a new checking account. . Dealt with Shane Cauller. He was GREAT! Answered all of our questions, explained all our options and got us set up quickly. My mom was with me and she’s a little hard of hearing. Shane speaks softly but clearly . Made eye contact throughout and she understood every word. He’s just a very nice man and represents your establishment perfectly! Thanks Shane and UCB Gainesville.
They are the best team out there. Very polite and understanding. Each visit I make they treat me like a man of wealth with all my requests that at times are obvious; they go the extra mile to make sure my transactions are done correctly. They do most of the work because I definitely don't know what I am doing. I appreciate them so much. My bank for life!
