Great bank to work with. Switched from Cadence Bank takeover. Need a more stable bank with a local feeling. Found rates on checking, MM and CD have better rates and advantages.
I was seen quickly after I walked in & the gent who waited on me was courteous & efficient.
Opened a new checking account. . Dealt with Shane Cauller. He was GREAT! Answered all of our questions, explained all our options and got us set up quickly. My mom was with me and she’s a little hard of hearing. Shane speaks softly but clearly . Made eye contact throughout and she understood every word.
