I am always thrilled with the service I receive at United Community Bank. Everyone there is so friendly. I have had several legal banking needs , due to being an Executor for my parents, and everyone Ive worked with has been pleasant, prompt and professional.
I’ve been with UCB for over 10 years. I was so excited when they opened a location in Lexington - which is closer to me. Such a great, welcoming team!

The front desk lady was very helpful in making my deposit quick and easy. I didn’t catch her name but if the local Lexington branch sees this she was working the indoor teller desk on 4/4/24 at 2pm and provided exceptional service
