I’ve been with UCB for over 10 years. I was so excited when they opened a location in Lexington - which is closer to me. Such a great, welcoming team!
It is always a pleasure to come inside! I usually have anxiety going into a bank, but they are so welcoming & friendly here. 10/10 customer service!
The front desk lady was very helpful in making my deposit quick and easy. I didn’t catch her name but if the local Lexington branch sees this she was working the indoor teller desk on 4/4/24 at 2pm and provided exceptional service
