If you have to use one, this one is probably the better one that I've used. Closed on a loan with a guy, can't remember his name, but liked him. Quick and easy. And I really can't say enough good things about Belinda. Super nice, super helpful, and professional. Enjoyed them. Hate a bank, but these people are great!
