During my recent visit I had an urgent matter that needed to be resolved. Deborah and the Branch Mgr were very diligent and patient in helping me resolve my concern. The staff at the Huntersville branch are always friendly and helpful!

Stopped by to get rolls of coins to be used in some games with the kids as this was the closest bank to my house. The teller said she wasn't sure if she could do this if I didn't have an account (stated she was new), but would this time. As she was processing my request another employee came by. The teller asked if she was allowed to get rolls coins and was told no. That was it. I have accounts at Truist and SECU, and if I ever feel the need to shop around, this place won't be on the list.

This review is for the huntersville branch united community bank branch manager “Paige Spray” . She is really good, patient and knowledgeable person that we have come across for our banking queries and issues so far. She helped us with all the queries we had and would recommend this bank and her for accurate service and assistance. All the staff in this branch is really helpful.
