Alesha at UBC Gainesville, GA was a tremendous help to us after we were scammed. She first put a freeze on our accounts, then opened new ones for us. Throughout the hour-long process, she was efficient, kind, and always clear about what she was doing.
The two ladies and one gentlemen that helped me did a tremendous job. Had to deal with a death in the family and they were very gracious and hospitable with every thing.
