I have had the same banking institution for over 20 years. I knew it was finally time to change. I thought the process of doing so would be a hassle. Wow, was I wrong! Simple, fast and all done on line! Received my debit cards within days! It made the process much easier and much less stressful! Thank you, United Community! Mike

Although the manager is fabulous and saves the day on many occasions It should not be that every time I come into the bank there’s some sort of mistake or some sort of problem The staff is not clear on the procedures of the bank They are not able to execute basic banking requests Their phone service is incredibly slow, which is amazing considering there Is very little bank traffic It’s incredibly disappointing when the manager needs to step in every time there is an issue with basic simple banking needs They’ve been many tim... read more

This Bank has the best customer service folks.They are all always very helpful. Recently I had a complicated situation of my own doing, and Aaron was so helpful getting my problem corrected. Saved me a ton of phone calls.
