I've had time to think on this and it still rubbed me the wrong way. On Friday 6/5 we ( boyfriend and I) to cash a check with BOTH of our names on it. it's our turn, give our ID’s blah blah then she cashes it, hands it to him and says, “don't let her have all of it”… ma'am excuse me. I would not recommend this bank for business banking. My experience with the branch manager was extremely frustrating. Instead of taking the time to review the online app, which clearly showed the issue, she chose to argue with me and respond with ego rather than professionalism. What should have been solved in a single day turned into a weeklong problem. To make matters worse, another bank was able to solve the issue, but once this branch manager found out, they reversed the check, which caused yet another week of delay. Th... read more
